Name: Fr. A. Thainis Arockiasamy OFM.Cap., Born: 04/05/1979,Friday. Place: Keeranur, Pudukkottai (DT), Tamil Nadu, S.India. Parents: Mr. C. Arockiasamy Mrs. A. Arockiamary. I have two sisters and two brothers. I joined the Franciscan Capuchin Friars in 1997 and made my simple vows in May 08, 2002. I was ordained a Priest on April 18,2009. Priestly Carrier: 2009-2010- Asst.PP of St. Francis Parish & Director of St.Clare Home, Okkur. 2010- Director- St. Pio Capuchin Postulancy, Coimbatore-12. I hold my degress in BA (Eng.Lit), BA (Phil), B.TH, MA (JMC). I am a writer and my articles, short stories and poems are published in some of the Tamil and English Catholic Magazines. I have published a history book in Tamil, Vergalin Viyarvai Thuligal(The History of Capuchin Missions in Pondicherry and Madras 1632-1834). This is a research work and there was a command on my book in Hindu, July 12, 2009.
